Samui Verticolor

Samui Verticolor is a colourful 151-room hotel on the southern side of Chaweng, set back from Chaweng Beach Road with the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife all within walking distance. It is a straightforward option for travellers who want the convenience of staying in Chaweng without paying for a resort directly on the sand.

Rooms come in four categories, starting with 26 sqm Superior Studios and 34 sqm Deluxe Studios, followed by 38 sqm Family Studios and much larger 65 sqm Suite Studios. The bright interiors follow the hotel's colourful theme, with large windows and views across the surrounding gardens, town and mountains from selected rooms.

A large outdoor swimming pool gives the hotel a proper place to spend the day away from Chaweng's crowds, with a separate children's pool and Pool Bar alongside it. There is also a fitness room, tour desk and an internet and library area beside the lobby.

Café Color serves Thai and international dishes on the ground floor, while drinks, juices and cocktails are available beside the pool. Samui Airport is around ten minutes away by car, making Verticolor a practical Chaweng base for guests who care more about location, space and value than having a beachfront resort on their doorstep.
