Stacked Burger

Stacked Burger Samui is an American-style burger and grill restaurant on Chaweng Beach Road, serving big burgers, barbecue ribs, steaks, wings and the sort of comfort food that requires both hands and a healthy appetite.

The burgers use freshly ground US grass-fed beef and homemade buns baked daily, then pile on smoked bacon, cheeses, onion rings, chilli con carne, spicy bacon jam and Stacked’s own sauces. The Cowboy is a full-scale construction of beef, barbecue sauce, bacon, cheddar and onion rings, while the Larb Gai Burger gives the menu a Thai turn with crispy chicken, herbs, chilli and lime.

The grill goes well beyond burgers. Tomahawk steaks are made for sharing, barbecue ribs arrive sticky and substantial, and the menu continues through hot wings, mac and cheese, seafood, salads and oversized desserts. Gluten-free buns and lactose-free cheese are also available.

Sport plays across the screens, craft beers and cocktails keep the tables occupied, and the open frontage puts you right on the main Chaweng strip. Stacked is loud, filling and proudly excessive, which is precisely the point.
