The Blue Spice

The Blue Spice is a beachfront restaurant set directly on the sand at Choeng Mon Beach, serving Thai favourites, fresh seafood and international dishes with the sea only a few steps from the tables.

Lunches begin with feet in the sand, cold drinks and an open view across Choeng Mon Bay. Later in the day, happy hour cocktails and sunset colours take over, followed by live music every evening and fire shows from 7:15 PM.

The menu covers seafood, classic Thai dishes and familiar international choices, making it easy for couples, families and groups to order around the table. Sunbeds and beanbags add space for daytime drinks, while the beachfront tables come into their own after dark.

The Blue Spice sits close to several of Choeng Mon’s major resorts and only a short drive from Samui Airport. It works equally well for a casual beach lunch, cocktails at sunset or dinner with music and a fire show beside the bay.
