Cape Away Villas

Cape Away is a beachfront beach club, restaurant and boutique villa retreat on the quiet sands of Baan Tai Beach in Mae Nam. While guests can stay in the private villas, most visitors come for relaxed days by the sea, good food, sunset drinks and the lively Sunday events.

The beach club serves Thai dishes, international favourites, cocktails, coffee and cold drinks, with plenty of seating overlooking the bay. Sunday is when the atmosphere changes, with DJ sets, live performers, drumming and one of the island's popular beachfront fire shows creating a fun but relaxed evening crowd. It's a favourite spot for watching the sunset before the entertainment begins.

Cape Away is also available for weddings and private celebrations, with beachfront villas providing accommodation for guests who want to stay by the sea. If you're looking for a quieter beach club away from Chaweng, it's well worth the drive to the north coast.
