About

Tiramisu

Tiramisu Restaurant & Pizzeria is an independent Italian restaurant on the Walking Street in Fisherman's Village, built around fresh cooking and carefully chosen ingredients. Bread is baked daily, fresh egg pasta is made in-house, pizzas are cooked in the wood-fired oven, and desserts are prepared by the kitchen. Even the ice cream follows the same philosophy, sourced from a local producer who makes it without preservatives.

Quality runs through every dish. Most ingredients are imported from Italy, including the non-GMO, unbleached flour used throughout the kitchen. No flavour enhancers or preservatives are used, sugar is kept to a minimum, grass-fed beef comes from Australia and New Zealand, and the seafood is ocean caught. Italian gluten-free pasta is also available.

As you arrive, you'll catch a glimpse into the kitchen, something owner Paul intentionally designed so guests can see where the food is prepared. The wood-fired pizza oven is visible from parts of the restaurant too, reflecting the open and honest approach behind everything that comes out of the kitchen.

The menu covers everything from wood-fired pizzas and fresh pasta to antipasti, seafood, salads and homemade desserts, alongside Italian wines, beers and cocktails. It's a restaurant that puts the focus firmly on cooking from scratch and letting good ingredients speak for themselves.
