Prime Burger

Prime Burger Samui serves award-winning smash burgers at two island locations: the entrance to Fisherman’s Village in Bophut and beside Central Samui in Chaweng. The patties hit the grill hard, developing the crisp edges and deep beef flavour that define a proper smash burger.

The beef is imported Australian meat, freshly ground each day and served as single or double patties with American cheese, pickles, onions, bacon, jalapeños and Prime’s own sauces. Burgers named after cities such as New York, Bangkok and London give the menu plenty of variety without burying the main event under unnecessary extras.

Chicken, fish, vegetarian and Beyond Meat vegan burgers make the menu broader than the average burger joint. Cajun fries, curly fries, onion rings, milkshakes and cold drinks complete the order, with daily burger-and-side promotions giving regulars a reason to keep working through the menu.

The Fisherman’s Village branch works well for lunch before an evening in Bophut, while the Chaweng restaurant stays close to the shopping, bars and late-night action around Central Samui. Both keep the same straightforward formula: hot griddles, stacked burgers and food that arrives ready to make a mess.
