REVA by Royal Muang Samui Villas is a five-star beachfront resort on Choeng Mon Beach, built around unusually spacious suites, private pool villas and bold Thai architecture. The carved timber, steep temple-style roofs and landscaped gardens give the property a strong sense of place, while the beachfront pool opens directly onto one of Koh Samui’s best swimming beaches.

Space is one of REVA’s biggest advantages. Its 79 suites and villas range from 90 to 160 square metres, with options including Jacuzzi baths, private plunge pools, kitchenettes, separate living areas and sea-facing sun decks. Even the entry-level suites feel substantially larger than a standard hotel room, making the resort particularly appealing for longer stays, honeymoons and guests who value privacy.

The resort has plenty happening beyond the accommodation. Cave Reva Spa is built into a dramatic rock-inspired setting, while Vitra Clinic, Reformer Pilates and the fitness centre add a stronger wellness element. Dining is split between Spice Zone on the beachfront, Ciccio for Italian food and pizza, and Nanyuan for Chinese noodles and casual dishes.

Choeng Mon’s calm water and soft sand sit directly in front of the resort, so swimming, paddleboarding and quiet mornings by the sea require no planning at all. Chaweng, Fisherman’s Village and the airport remain within easy reach, but the resort itself feels comfortably removed from Koh Samui’s busiest areas.
