Malee Kitchen Chaweng

Malee Kitchen Chaweng is an independent Thai restaurant that has been serving traditional Thai food since 2018. Rather than relying on convenience ingredients, the kitchen prepares its own curry pastes and sauces in-house, giving every dish the fresh flavours and balance that Thai cooking is known for.

Much of the fruit and vegetables used in the kitchen come from Malee's own farm in the hills of Nathon, where produce is grown without pesticides or chemical treatments whenever the season allows. The restaurant also cooks without added MSG, keeping the focus on fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.

Every dish can be prepared to suit your preferred spice level, from completely mild to the full Thai version. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diners are well catered for too, with a menu that covers everything from classic curries and stir-fries to fresh seafood, appetisers, desserts and tropical fruit shakes.
